Bojangles

Greasy and good!

I ate here between connecting flights on 3/22/24 . Three hours later I had violent diarrhea and vomiting. Had my flight been 10 minutes longer it would have been a disaster, thankfully I was able to make it to the bathroom at my destination before losing it. This continued for another 18 hrs. Will never eat here again.

Got our breakfast here, it was not good at all lol the biscuit was pretty hard, I understand it's airport fast food, but damn. The service on the other hand was amazing, very polite and made sure our order was correct.

8 people in line.... after waiting 35 minutes, I gave up and left... the line had moved 4 people in a half hour. Even with 4 employees present. I can't imagine how much this is costing them in sales. Worst ever

The staff here is completely UNPROFESSIONAL! Yelling back and fourth to one another about music, dancing while ignoring customers, making customers take their own receipts from the machine and rushing people to place their orders after it takes forever for them to get to your order because they are too busy playing with each other. One... Gentleman in particular at the cash register was arguing with his coworker over who the best astrology sign was. FYI, he's a TAURUS apparently. The standard of customer service is in hell these days. Whatever happened to a smile and asking how you can help and cracking a joke here and there? This felt like I was at someone's house for a BBQ, no exaggeration. Terrible experience.

This location in the airport seems to never me open on time if they are suppose to open at 5am they are still closed at 7:04am then when you ask them when are they going to open the ladies tend to have an attitude like you are the problem it’s extremely crazy to me so yeah

I know it's in an airport but this has to be the worst Bojangles in the country. 30 minute wait for about 8 people in line even with 5 employees. The chicken sandwich had no mayo, no pickles just chicken and a bun. Coke machine was out of several flavors, zero carbonation and both tea dispensers were bone dry. Dining room looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks even though there was a dedicated employee in the dining area.

It's fast food. It's good. It gets the job done. Staff could be a little more attentive. They have a sitting area, but a bit close to security and it can get hectic.
