Typically a very chill place that I’ve been to several times with friends. Drinks are made well, public karaoke sessions are very cool. On 2/29 at roughly 2:30 am one of the women patrons was visibly intoxicated and was told to leave after an argument and throwing cups behind the bar (thankfully staff was not hit) one of the workers, a blonde haired macs presenting person told patron to leave and pushed her out the door to the point that she fell outside. It was clear that she needed to leave but the entire thing was a BIG turn off for myself and friends that we quickly jetted out the door shortly after the incident. Staff needs better training on de-escalation when they or other patrons are not in danger. Just a thought.
Great spot - magical vibe in the front. Total positive energy. Private rooms are lackluster with poor quality sound, lack of audio control, and subpar spaces. Stick to the front and sing your heart out. In a great neighborhood as well.
Good song selection. Our room was hot and not particularly nice. Only took cash. The vibe in the main room isn't great. The hallway had a slippery floor on a ramped part and I almost fell.
