Best slice pizza ever

Fresh Mozzarella and Pepperoni slice a must !!

so I've lived in the area for over 40 years and I've tried just about every local pizza shop but never tried Luigis before. I started to see endless videos on Tik Tok about how this is the best pizza in nyc and I was dying to check out the hype. Well I finally bit the bullet and stopped in for a pizza pie and I am seriously in shock. The pizza is really bad :( like 2/10 bad. I have had better weight watchers microwave pizza and even school lunch cafeteria pizza and bowling alley pizza. This was the worst pizza I've ever had in my life and the pizza place that was in front of 51's back in the 90's was awful but this is even more tragic. It almost tastes like when the salty ocean water goes In your mouth at Coney Island beach. Everyone raves about how crispy and nice the crust is but my entire pie seemed like it was toasted and then microwaved like semi crunchy but also rubbery? I really disliked this pizza and the sauce was sour I can't believe all the raving reviews on Tik Tok - almost makes me wonder if the reviews are authentic? oh my goodness I'm still in shock to be honest. bad bad bad. maybe it was an off day? I have no clue but I for sure will not be back. in my opinion park slope doesn't really have the greatest pizza and I would consider smiling pizza to be one of the better ones but again thats not even all that great. I think my best pizza experience in recent years has been Krispy pizza in dyker heights.

One the best Pizzerias when it comes to the classic New York slice. A regular slice or a Sicilian is the way to go! Pizza was delicious and just perfect for on the go!
