Very good all services

The atmosphere was top notch, and the salad I had was unusually delicious--noticeably fresh ingredients, and I don't usually notice that sort of thing. Although it did mysteriously come with bacon was not listed on the menu, which presented a problem to me as a vegetarian, though it was swiftly replaced, so no harm. The tea service was also very nice. However the service was not so much bad as completely absent. Everyone was extremely friendly and pleasant and accommodating but I had the distinct impression that we had wandered into a place that was not actually a restaurant, and everyone at this completely different business was too polite to tell us, and so instead desperately scrambled to put together a restaurant experience while actually being a wedding venue or a nail salon or something. People--perhaps waiters, but who can say--kept bringing plates and silverware and then taking them away at unpredictable junctures. The menu was inaccurate and I made 3 different attempts to order something off of it before I succeeded. Overall baffling experience, but I couldn't bring myself to get upset because everyone seemed so nice. I can't really recommend this place in good conscience, but I'll probably come back for brunch next time I'm in the area Vegetarian options: They exist but are limited. At least one vegan dish exists but I didn't try it. Vegetarian seeming dishes sometimes mysteriously appear with bacon.

Service here was very strange. Not really bad so much as completely absent for a long time and then totally disorganized when it finally happened. I think we waited for maybe 45 minutes before I asked if someone could take our order. Our order was really simple since we'd originally just come in thinking we'd get a quick bite after walking in the park, just a salad for me and some ice cream for my wife and tea for both of us, but even this was an ordeal to communicate to the staff. We ordered once then the waiter came back several minutes later to say they didn't have any of the desserts anymore (it was around 6 PM at this point) then a different man came out and took our order again only to let us know they also couldn't do French toast either which was on the regular menu by mistake. When the tea came they only brought one service and seemingly had to scramble to find another. The second man who I don't think was normally a waiter did come back with an ice cream chocolate crumble for my wife though which he told us was the last dessert they had left. Finally, our first waiter came back with a salad maybe 30 minutes after I'd ordered except it had bacon on it and I don't eat pork. The menu made no note that this salad had any bacon which is why I ordered it. The waiter looked a little confused and maybe frustrated when I told him about this but took the salad back without any fuss and brought another to our table after another 5-10 minutes. The salad was pretty good to give credit where it's due. Based on the reviews seems like maybe this place is a lot better at brunch.

We tried to have a galentine but let me tell you this place is not it , unfortunately the service is unacceptable the food lacked flavor ! The service ?! What service … the waitress came 3 time and sent other people to tend to us and one of those 3 people Came to the table while I still had my food on the table to ask me are ya done ? Do ya need anything else ? Or do I get the check ? Like how Is that even correct ? He was the same person who came out to serve the food .. when ask for dessert the gentleman clearly said oh we have 2 we have flan and coconut custard is all we have when clearly they had a whole menu but we ain’t get treated like everyone else :) I have no idea why ! And while trying to take pictures (because the place is beautiful) they where all Reorganizing the place slamming and moving chairs around dusting the chairs giving no space for a picture they made it seem like My , our presence was a problem and to top it off when we paid ! And everything got approved !! They stoped us outside asking for a receipt (that was left on the table next to the pen) because they needed it made a show like we left with out paying .. it was embarrassing ! Unacceptable ! And to top is off very expensive The ( BURRATA EMPANADA) is a no ! Is seriously tasteless the sauce ? Is water with color it was a mess the only good thing was the ice coffee (and I ask for sweet and low and never received it also my friends ask for coffee and got it serve but they forgot the whole asthetic Thing that come with it lol ) our tablets where dying and needed a charge ( for the menu you get tablets ) I wouldn’t go back but if you looking for a beautiful place for pictures … this is it but other than that is a no sorry

I appreciate the pleasant ambiance of your establishment; however, I must express my disappointment with the service during our Valentine's Day celebration. Despite the limited menu, we opted for an appetizer and dessert, both of which encountered delays in being served. Additionally, the dessert presentation was subpar, with a broken cake, melted ice cream, and missing berries. It was disheartening to experience such shortcomings on a special occasion. I hope this feedback aids in improving your service for future patrons.

I will say the place is beautiful and if you’re looking for an instagram-worthy environment, this place is for you. However, that is where my positives ends. As beautiful as this place is, the service is really bad. We spent over an hour waiting for appetizer and food and the waitress wasn’t attentive. She never came back to check on us and never refilled our waters. My family took me there to celebrate my birthday but the service was so bad I insisted I didn’t want a dessert or want them to sing happy bday for fear of having to wait over half an hour for a dessert. It put a sour note on the experience my family and I wanted to have. All in all, I personally will not be back. Its beauty just can’t make up for the extremely bad service.

This place was 1/4 full on a Sunday lunchtime which should have been warning enough. I had the Huevos Rotos which was two hard fried eggs over French fries (!) and hard pieces of summer sausage with some cheese for $18. I've had better cheese fries at a Ball Park, and probably better value too. The bistro burger was serviceable. We left disappointed.

Chocolate cake is icecream with oreo crumbles for $14 , food is subpar, chickpea avocado is very good!! Very cute space/ decor but very overpriced.
