Cool little place to get boba tea. Really delicious.

I’ve had so much boba in my life (much of it paid by my corporate overlord) and I would say that this place makes really good boba. My to go is the Brown Sugar Pearl Latte - perfection. Hope it doesn’t turn into a Boba Guys situation which started great and then decayed into bland flavor and irrelevance in the Bobaverse.
