We've been here for over an hour, we sat 15 minutes before drink order taken, another 10-15 minutes before we got our drinks, another 25 minutes before our order was ever taken, now we've been waiting for our food for another 20 minutes, its still not here, I understand there is only one waitress but she is rude, I walked to the front 10 minutes after she said she would get me more coffee, so i got up to get it myself, i told her its ok i know you're busy honey, she mumbled "if you would have just waited i said id get it"
My food was only ok. It took a really long time to come out even though they weren't busy. The young lady did a good job. One thing I will say is, my coffee was piping hot which is a good thing.
My husband and I ordered pickup from Bob Evans. We've gotten home before and had items missing, our fault we should have checked before leaving. Today we picked up a fried steak dinner and double order of dressing. The dressing is rock hard, dry and they tried to cover it up with country gravy. Both orders were the same. Dry, hard, inedible. My husband then opened his country fried steak and said it's the worst he's tasted. Quality has de definitely gone down hill at the Woodman Drive location.
The manager, David is a very rude person has a disgusting attitude and he should not be a manager for customer service he’s very angry and he does not know how to talk to his coworkers I spoke up for them because of how he was speaking to them, and then he turned around and attacked me. My next step is contacting corporate. I will not be returning to this restaurant and if you guys hide this review from them, I will contact corporate and say that you guys took down my review.
