The garlic parm fries were disgusting and just some of the worst fries I have ever had. The burger was decent, but wasn't good either.

Staff obviously hates their job and the customers too 😂😂😂. Customer service was trash. Burgers are mini & 10.99 without fries or drink. Fries are 4.99 for regular size 5.99 for large. Wonder what the large looked like for $1 more, smh. Super overpriced for this mini, tasteless burger served with a side of mediocre customer service. It's the mushrooms Swiss burger and it's about the size of everyones expectations of Biden providing debt forgiveness for college students. Person taking order was nonchalant & not helpful. Previous order was wrong, our Order was wrong. The fries were decent, but I had to add salt. Total prices was over $40 for 2 fries, 2 drinks, 2 burgers.

Terrible. It was on concourse A at the Atlanta airport. I had a southwest burger but changed the patty to a black bean vege patty. The bun was shrunken. Lettuce not fresh. No tomatoes although the menu mentioned them. Jalapeños did not have vinegar or pickle flavor, they were just jalapeños. Cheese was scant. The chipotle sauce was bitter. I added grilled onions but did not find them in my burger. The edges of the black bean patty were stiff as if they were still not fully thawed. Very sorry looking burger! Will not order again. Had a long wait line (cant understand why?)

Garbage!!! Took forever waiting for my food and they smoked out the whole wing of the airport. Smelled like burnt plastic… my partner had to leave bc the smell made him feel sick. The meanwhile they left my burger sitting on the counter cold and drying out. The garlic parm fries have no parm… just a pool of cold butter. When he called my order 25 mins later I said “so it just sat out this whole time?” And he said “no, it sat over there” and pointed to the counter and handed me my food and moved on. Absolutely disgusting. I threw it in the trash and went to McDonald’s.

Absolutely ridiculous to charge $20 for a really bad chicken sandwich, really bad fries, and a drink. At least they couldn’t mess up the drink?

Okay cooked fresh burger and fries. I'm flummoxed that the young lady taking my order repeated my order details to me and entered something totally different, which is hard traveling with particular needs kiddos. Yep order number matched.

Not bad, but also nothing to rave about. Average burger, but service was quick. Quite expensive for what you are getting though.

They have build your own omelette on the menu. I feel like I'm being teased in this long chick FIL a line across from them. A girl is over there getting ready.... When I looked at there times it says they open 5 hours from now... WHY???? it's 6am and you serve omelettes.

Turkey Burger is dry and small for $10....no flavor at all..... Airport prices.... don't waste your money

Ugh, complete fail. Order was too long being prepared. Slow.. Order was , of course, overpriced. Order was wrong, after the long wait. Coffee, just don't. It was literally nothing but warm water.... Live and learn....
