This coffee shop ran out of coffee after taking our money. The manager and staff are unable to correct the issue that could be avoided. They asked we wait 20mins to brew more coffee. When asked for a refund the manager started to be come rude about the issue. We will be doing a charge back on our Visa to resolve their rude acts.

Our group was mistreated. We are visiting Nashville and this business is poorly ran. The manager and the cashier are very rude to Asians. They stole from my family by selling coffee and not providing it. If you are Asian, please be aware of this poorly ran location. I hope to see you in Chapter 11. The had a very dirty bathroom. Unable to resolve issues. The manager and staff are clearly unable to overcome. This does not stop. The online refund has begun.

Was a regular at this coffee shop. Until today. Will NOT be returning. They used to have the best coffee in the gulch, with shorter lines than Starbucks and higher quality coffee. The baristas were AWESOME. Walked in this afternoon to get my favorite latte only to discover that they no longer serve coffee AND my favorite baristas are no longer employed there. WHAT A SHAME!!!! Will be going to barista parlor from now on. Hopefully I find the staff at a new coffee shop.

Worst coffee ever! Medium roast? More like water with a hint of coffee. Shame!

When you need a lighter breakfast and everything else is packed, this is the place to come. Wonderful food, service, and phenomenal coffee! I cannot recommend the vanilla oat milk latte enough. Perfect amount of flavor and coffee. The empanadas were perfect to split and so were the cinnamon sugar donut holes with chocolate dipping sauce.

This place is so good. A great place to stop in when all the bigger name brunch spots are packed out. I had the cinnamon honey latte with oat milk. Very good cup of coffee. The chorizo jalepeno empanadas were so flavorful. My girlfriend and I split the empanadas and the cinnamon sugar donut holes. They are out of this world also!

fantastic! loved the vibes here and the customer service is on point! Their coffees are one of the best ones I've had and they are insta-worthy. The baristas are very nice gentlemen.

excellent coffee, excellent baristas, excellent decor, excellent pastries; I usually go to milk and honey but I'm glad I discovered this place down the road because I will only be coming here now as it is the best. Highly recommend. The customer service is fantastic - I changed my mind about my order after I placed it and the gentleman quickly accommodated. thanks!

This place was great. Coffee was the best one I’ve tasted in the Gulch. Idk why everybody goes to milk and honey. This was way better. Thanks for the best pastries and lava cake too.
