Bryant Park近くのコーヒー店。 近くでスイーツを購入したので、コーヒーを買いに寄りました。 店舗はコンパクトです。 ガラガラではありませんが、2、3人待って購入する位の混み具合です。 スタッフのサービスは丁寧だと思います。 コーヒーも美味しい部類だと思います。 私達は自宅でスイーツ一緒に楽しみましたが、店舗の向かいがBryant Parkなので、公園で椅子に座って楽しむのも良いと思います。

I have been ordering coffee and pastries from this place for many years. Overall speaking, I had a good experience from the past. Baristas are always great and very friendly. However, recently I had some bad experiences. Last week, I put an order online and they gave me a wrong pastry. Today, I ordered an iced americano and a pastry in store. The cashier forgot to give me the pastry, so I had to go back in line and ask for my pastry. When it came to my turn, I politely asked the cashier if she could pack the pastry for me. She directly said “another one?”without listening to me carefully. So I told her again that she didn’t give what I ordered. She seemed to not believe me and became very impatient. I wore smile on my face and waited for her to pack my pastry during the whole time. She gave me a look and passed me the pastry in a very rude way without even saying “sorry”. I am so surprised by her attitude when she didn’t do her job, especially when a customer was trying to be nice and patient when she made a mistake. I hope the store manager sees my review and gives the cashier more training before she can work in an appropriate way.

I took a winter single origin coffee I think and it was really good ! The service was great, the people are really nice, and even though there aren’t many seats available, we were able to sit down.

Totally unequipped to deal with the morning rush.

I think all the staff at the Blue Bottle Shop in Manhattan are cute and pretty. I didn't know how much to tip, so I pressed a dollar. The downside is that there are a lot of customers in the store.

Decent cup of coffee, was a bit bitter the day I went. My flat white was fine - $14 for two coffees a little steep considering it was just okay. Partner loved his sweet latte though, so maybe mine just needed more sugar!

Exponentially one of the better coffee place near Bryant park. Skip all the others which are near to the park, not worth the wait and price. I’ll recommend to get their drip coffee variations. Baristas are friendly but do tend get engrossed in their own world when making coffee. Only negative is their tiny lobby with limited seating space. Hurts in winter but other times you can just grab one on the go and enjoy it at the park. Wheelchair accessibility: Not accessible by wheelchair
