Blaze Pizza

I liked the pizza but it was missing the sauce dollops that were ordered. Did not notice this until I got home.

Best pizza ever had in my life.

Placed an online order and when we got there a couple bigger groups / orders slammed them. We waited patiently (about 20 minutes past the estimated ready for pick up time. They were very apologetic and gave some coupons to make up for it. The manager and person boxing the orders were AMAZING!

The pizza was great but what stood out to me was how incredible the staff is. Literally every single one of them were super nice. That alone makes me want to go back as soon as I can.

I love this pizza, it's absolutely my favorite pizza place and my #1 go to (if you haven't had it please try the high rise it's amazing). The service is incredible, and for a make your own pizza place, the wait time is fairly low and never longer than 5-10 minutes in my experience. It's also very clean and I'm never disappointed by the restroom cleanliness the way I am with other fast food restaurants like McDonald's. Vegetarian options: it's make your own pizza, so you choose and actively see what goes on your pizza. Dietary restrictions: Unless you're intolerant to one of the main pizza ingredients, you should be fine. Again, you pick what goes on. In addition, if you can't eat pizza there's other options like cheesy bread and more. Parking: it's in the center of a large parking area in New Hartford that houses enough spots for 10+ stores. you won't have parking issues. Kid-friendliness: The staff is very friendly, and your kid will like the food (what kid doesn't like pizza?) Wheelchair accessibility: it's one floor and simple door entry, there is no stairs. it has a very open layout inside and a long walkway to make your pizza so wheelchair users should be fine.
