Sabrina and Leek had the best service. Very high energy. Will be coming back

This morning is the second time in a row they didn’t include milk with our coffee. With GrubHub, two coffees is a $20 order so it’s somewhat disappointing. There’s also no phone number to call.

Coffee was watery. . Tables dirty. After less than 5 minutes barista told us we had to leave because they were closing and we couldn’t finish our coffee. We said we would like to finish our coffee and barista swore at us.

Run do not walk to support this business! The place is super cute and the coffee is high quality, but most importantly the staff are so incredibly kind. I went from having a bad day to a great one simply because of the great hospitality from the baristas. I'm not from New York but every time I'm in the city I will be visiting Blank Coffee and I'm going to tell everyone else I know too!

Pistachio latte (hot, with oat milk) was sooooo good! My mom who's very picky also enjoyed it. Americano was too hot to drink at first, which intensified the coffee's acidity, but was actually very nice once it cooled a bit.

The coffee is ok but the person working the counter blasts loud rock while people are sitting here. I saw a cockroach and there are no bathrooms, you are asked to try the nearby restaurants to use a bathroom. And the place needs to be updated, looks like it stopped in time in the 80’s
