BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse

We're not usually impressed by chain restaurants, but this one truly amazed us. Everything tasted great, and the bar staff provided excellent service. a touch costly, but value is relative. Strongly advise!

Service was ok. Spent 35 minutes at the table and our waitress came twice. Mozzarella sticks and burger were cold. You would think for the prices they charge I would be getting fresh food. Not fresh food 5 hours ago. I won’t be going there.

Jay is literally the man! Best front of the house you could have. I was dining solo but he cares so much about your personal experience & is so friendly. He is very helpful but not prying. So pleasant. Kenny the bartender is incredible, I ordered custom drink and burger. He has eyes around his head. Literally you are treated like a 5 star restaurant at a franchise. Who wouldn’t want that. Food is amazing , tuna poke a must. Oh and to top it off the value is incredible!!!

I'm writing this review to highlight a worker that went above and above. Paul, who I think works as a busboy, was amazing and really nice. One of the nicest persons I have ever met, for sure. More people like him are needed in the world. We will be returning specifically for him because he has such a lovely heart. To be honest, he was superior to our server.

This was our second time here in the last 3 months. The first I got three warm beers that all were sent back. Today got the Atlantic Salmon and it was liked they spilled a half bottle of salt in it. Plus the bottled beer was warm again. They’re not a brew house. They’re a joke. Bartender had an attitude and just ran her mouth had the listening skills of a gnat.

Everyone at BJ’s is so friendly when I come in the food is excellent. The happy hour was wonderful and it’s in a great spot.

Very busy. Server said no tea flavors just regular. Server could not add table to app & had to get Mgr to add rewards. Had find server for beverage refill. 3 in party & all 3 meals came out separately. Worst service ever!

It's not often that a chain restaurant wows us, but we were wowed. Everything was delicious and the service at the bar was awesome. A little pricey but you get what you pay for. Definitely recommend!

I am in from out of town and needed a quick bite to eat. This location was friendly, clean, and fast. Jessica K was my server and I couldn’t have asked for a better one! She was timely, funny, and an overall great person. Definitely one of the best BJs I’ve been to! Thank you Jessica K!
