Best Cubano sandwich I've had in a long long time, Also my GF needed to use the bathroom and none of the businesses around would help her out and the owner was awesome enough to let her use the one in the back. She ordered a Torta and Guava Agua Fresca thoroughly enjoyed both

Food is good IF they get your order right. 2 of the 3 times I’ve ordered here, have been wrong. Either no meat on the items, wrong sides or missing items altogether.

They are always nice to me & my sister's & my Dog Poné the food is always amazing and the employees are always so sweet & kind!! 10/10

This was our first time getting food from here…terrible first impression. We ordered 5 empanadas and were only given 4. We did call and a staff member said they’d be able to give us a refund for the missing empanada, so that was appreciated. Once we started eating, the chicken and cheese empanada looked off/had a weird texture, so we decided to open it and look. I can guarantee that it wasn’t chicken that was in that empanada. Whatever was inside looked/felt like something squishy and super chewy, we’re convinced it was fake or lab grown meat. The beef and cheese ones were good but there was a hair in it (obviously not our hair), so overall just not a good experience. We wouldn’t go back to Bitez unfortunately. Parking: You probably have to double park or park somewhere else and walk
