It was a take out. Brought the dinner home for our Valentine's celebration. It was my first time with Bistro 23. I trusted the reviews about their food, specifically their pork chops. And nope, it did not disappoint! I love the pork chops and their truffle garlic mashed potatoes. My husband loved it too. The pork chops are well done and very tender. And they are so tasty! Will definitely come back for sure. Maybe, we will dine in instead of takeout.
Great food ! ! They could benefit from some acoustic tiles, the room is loud. Did I mention how good the food is! Holy cow! Brick chicken!
Brick chicken was delicious.
Very tasty pizza and topnotch service!
Hmm I ordered the grilled cheese and tomato soup, as well as the bread and butter. Bothbfor me were very good. Thr grilled cheese was perfect. A very nice toast on sourdough bread with good cheese inside(havarti I think and something else white. The tomato soup surprised me. A hint of acidity, not to salty with a lovely tomato and cream flavor. It went very well with the sandwich. The bread was sliced and toasted bread with fresh butter(real). It was $20 for both items and a diet coke. Not bad....my coworker however ordered the pork pizza....thatbwas a disappointment. Sorry to say as its the most expensive thing on the menu but not that good..mind you not bad just underwhelming
Nestled in the commercial heart of Airport way is a little unassuming gem, Bistro 23. The food is always on point. I have never had one bad meal from the menu. This visit was the beat salad (add chicken) and a cup of their tomato basil bisque.
It was my first visit there. The place is cute, full capacity, Unfortunately they were out of Maine sandwiches all of which I would have been willing to try. Instead I had the pizza and wasn't particularly impressed unfortunately.
