It was a very good breakfast experience
Biscuits and gravey were good, but sausage had weird texture and funny taste.
This was our first time here, and the sweet cashier explained every menu item to us!! The food was good and plentiful for price. Wish we had these closer to where we live!
Stop by cause a friend was always talking about how good the food was. I tell you what I got the pancake platter and country ham. Taste just like grandmom pancakes. Nice and fluffy. They did not disappoint for my first visit. I will be back
The employees couldn't be nicer. The food quality outside of the actual biscuits are on par with your average fast food place. Nothing special. My pancake platter tasted and looked like microwave food.
Every Tuesday morning I have a meeting to go to. Are usually stop by Hardees and pick myself up a country ham biscuit on your way back home if I can get there before breakfast is closed well, one morning I was too late and I had my mouse sit for that country ham biscuit, so I decided to try Biscuitville two doors down. Let me tell you !' Hardees is no longer in my vocabulary for Tuesday mornings I now go faithfully by Biscuitville and pick up the best country ham biscuit you'll ever taste in your life it's not greasy and the biscuit is huge. I've started bringing home three extra plain biscuits, and they are nice and thick and so huge. My husband can't get over how big they are and he told me these biscuits are better than yours you need to get the recipe lol. So I told him since he likes Biscuit Bill Biscuits better than mine. So now on Tuesdays, I pick up anywhere from 6 to 8 biscuits. And trust me they are usually gone by Thursday. If you have not tried Biscuitville's awesome biscuits, don't hold back come on by yourself a biscuit you won't regret it and I promise you won't go back to Hardee's.!
Restaurant was very clean. Food was delicious.
I've eaten at biscuitville before in NC. To learn they opened in Florence, which is an hour drive for me, I knew I had to go. Boy was I extremely let down. To start, the customer service was awful. My spouse and I went inside to eat and got no greeting or assistance for a few minutes. The guy working drive thru saw us, came inside and apologized for the wait and was willing to take our order which prompted the front counter worker to finally invite us to order. The drive thru guy was the only redeeming quality to the experience. The cashier took our order and walked away. Never gave us our drink cups or a "thank you". Once we got our drink cups, the sweet tea was almost out and what was left was sour. Asked for ketchup which was an ordeal. Told it was out in the lobby. You're right. It is out...out of stock! The food was not the quality we're accustomed to. Flavorless biscuits and old hard ones in the apple and raspberry desert items. Spent $30 and drove an hour. Time and $ I'll never get back. Rather made the items at home. Save yourself a visit here...
