to the red-haired woman staff, it is sad that you have such a miserable life. try to be a better person to your customers or don't be in hospitality. went in for an afternoon pickmeup but ruined my day.
10/10 for the iced mocha. It was perfect - slight chocolatey taste without tasting syrupy.
I definitely wish I would’ve just gone to a commercial coffee place instead. There was so much aggression and hostility for my morning coffee. I asked to have a latte in a larger cup, because I wanted an extra shot and the cashier insisted it couldn’t be done. Cool no problem, I didn’t get the shot. Moving on to this tiny shop, the barista proceeded to aggressively ask me to move from In front of the machine. However, allowed the next customer behind me to stand exactly where I was, without issue. There wasn’t anywhere for me to move to, so it was very uncomfortable in a room full of people.
The coffee was good, and barista took pride in their work (usually measured by the latte art - which is not necessarily an indication of quality, but is an indication of the commitment to the craft). Recommended.
This is a cute little coffee shop and it has like one big communal table but not a lot of seats to work honestly. Great for grab and go or to chill for about 10 minutes. The prices are OK quite high. It was about $11 for a mocha and an Americano but that was a large Americano. That’s nice. Did you do a punch hard so I would recommend getting one because you can get by 10 get one free.
Very over priced for what you get at birch. This 3rd ave and 30th location specifically needs to work on their attitude in the shop. Borderline rude and stand-offish. Sorry to nuisance you with ordering.
