Used to be the Best burger I've had in the Springs. It's a bit pricey if you want a burger, fries and a drink ~$20.. 2024 Update: I don't know what exactly changed, but after ordering again.. Very disappointed. The burger just wasn't as well seasoned and delicious as I remember. The fry recipe is different and the amount of food seems less. I'm fairly certain they used to make their own fries and now it seems like they're frozen crinkle cut. I'm not sure if I'll be back after tonight. It sucks, because Bingo burger used to be amazing.
It was a good burger with lots of options Parking: Lots of spots with meters. There is also a paid parking garage not to far away
The prices have always been high but they used to be worth it. Not anymore. Clearly they’ve undergone cut backs or something. These used to be the biggest, juiciest, messiest (in a good way) burgers in CS and their fries were hand cut and crispy with the potato skin still on (a personal favorite). Now their burgers are tiny with nothing on them, they got rid of some of their best specialty burgers, their fries are frozen crinkle cut flaccid things, and yet their prices are still the same or maybe even a little more. So disappointing as this used to be my go to burger place. I’ll be going to Skirted Heifer from now on.
Don’t waste your time. Go to skirted heifer.
On 12/26, I brought East Coast family members an hour and a half down from Denver for what is usually a wonderful meal. We told them this would be the best burger of their life, and they must have thought we were crazy. On this day, the burgers were horribly overdone, and I hope this does not continue. It was completely embarrassing and if it happens once more, we are moving on.
This used to be my favorite burger place in COS and a go to spot when family was in town. I probably won't be back for a while.Today I was let down when I found out all the signature burgers changed but I built my own burger and moved on. When we finally got our food we reminded the worker we were still waiting on a beer and he said okay he would be right back. The let down continued when we found out the 50/50 was now waffle sweet potato fries and crinkle cut fries. Bingo burger used to be one of the only places in town you could get something other than crinkle cut fries. The waffle fries some how were half burnt half soggy (not sure how that happened). Next problem was the seasoning it was like some one took a cap of the container and dumped it all over there was way to much every bite was just a mouth full of powder. Next the burgers, all three of us asked for medium burgers none of us got medium burgers. All three were well done and at this point there was a line at the register and the one cashier was clearly overwhelmed, we were hungry so we dealt with it. Unfortunately the pueblo chilies that are supposed to be what makes bingo burger special where completely unnoticeable. As if the entire blend changed. We finished up, I waited in line asked for a refund for the beer which required the cashier getting another person from the back. I am not sure what has change with the management, the menu, or the food sourcing but I am not going back for a long time in hopes that things get better.
The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Good quality burger priced a little too high
Sad to say we will not be returning here after our experience last night. Thought we'd give it a try because we had a couple of $2 off coupons, and it's a good thing we had the coupons because a burger combo here costs $20 before tip (pretty damn steep for the quality and portion size which were both severely lacking). It was completely empty on a Friday night which should have been our first sign that something was wrong here. I also had an old gift card that I wasn't sure how much was on it, the cashier was a new hire (who was very nice by the way) and not sure how to use it so they called over a manager who took one look at the gift card and told me very dismissively that she couldn't honor it because they have a new gift card system??? So we sat down and noticed all of the tables were filthy, like they hadn't been wiped down all night even though they were dead. I ordered a pueblo pastrami burger and when it was first brought out, the manager noticed the kitchen put extra chiles on it and sent it back. I thought they were going to remake it but she came back a few minutes later with the same burger that they had just picked the chiles off of. Here's the biggest issue I had: the pastrami burger (which the menu boasts to be "stacked high") had two or three tiny pieces of very hard and dried out pastrami on it. It was so dry I thought it was crispy bacon at first. I would have asked for a different burger but we were so hungry I just took the L. Finally we got to eating (this was around 2 hours before they closed) and the music suddenly cuts out and the staff begins closing the restaurant around us, sweeping right near our table and propping the door open for several minutes to bring the sidewalk sign in, letting the freezing cold in in the process. As we were leaving we heard the manager and one of the other staff conversing loudly and using some pretty vulgar language right in the middle of the dining room as if we weren't even there. The burgers themselves were okay but definitely not worth $16 plus $6.50 for fries and a drink and we left feeling pretty ripped off and disrespected. Your money is much better spent at any of the other burger places downtown.
The food is great, just a little greasy, but that’s a burger! Am I right?! The boozy shakes are delicious and fun. There’s a lot of options for entrees and sides and it doesn’t take very long to get your food after the order is put in. This place is great and if you’re looking for a burger downtown that’s delicious and reasonably priced, I can’t recommend this place enough!
Don’t usually leave reviews. But this felt significant Asked for the burger to be cooked medium. I see now why it was so fast. Perhaps it was because I got a $16 item for no cost using a “Free Burger” coupon card as a white elephant gift w/ no expiration date. The cashier made sure to notify me that it was supposed to have a date on the coupon as if I did something wrong. If I didn’t have the coupon would this still be the standard?
