Mandatory 18% gratuity they add to your bill even if take out. Why not just reflect it in the price of the menu?

Last time I came to big kids, the burger was excellent. However, this time, it was so blackened that I had to crumble it apart to find any actual burger in there. It tasted like ash with a pile of coleslaw. Very disappointed in big kids, and that we each paid $20 for this meal.

Discovered this place when the Logan square market was open. Greeted by nice workers who sat me quick, they unfortunately didn’t have the grilled cheese when i went which was a bummer but i got this other delicious meal that I really enjoyed. 4/5 because they had me wait a long time after asking for the check, other than that.. great spot
