Had to order from a dirty tablet. Finally get my $20 burger and fries. Both cold and the burger doesn’t have the toppings I ordered. Asked for a refund so I can get going to my flight, manager refunds only $12.99 of the almost $20 charge for burger and fries so I will have to call back or eat the $7 for the displeasure of visiting. Not that I would necessarily take the whole gratuity back, but I was also still charged full gratuity on a service I didn’t receive. They didn’t ask (of course). 10/10 would not visit again.

I see 25 people got refunded their money on outrageous beer prices. Wonder why I wasn't one of those 25. Guessing there are a lot more than that. I thought it was crazy to pay 23.35 for one beer. Turns out I was right.

Port Authority finally solving the price issue at Airports!

Ordered a glass of wine and fries. iPad ordering system was fine, not sure why everyone else who reviewed is so hung up on it. Couldn't get the card to swipe and my waitress was over immediately. No other issues. She helped me quickly and the food was soon after. Fries were super fresh, yeah it's a little expensive but it's airport food. Great service from our waitress!

My Delta flight is always delayed. Sometimes hours. These guys take care of me and others. Makes my whole delay worthwhile. Say hi to Pierre and Tenzin
