How does your website say online orders to call the store and for them to tell you no.. who have time to drive there, order and wait for the food especially when you’re ordering for lunch. Do better people
Yummy food - the roti is super tasty. Rating would be 5 stars if not for the weak customer service.
We hosted a parent mixer for my nonprofit at Best End Brewing and they were phenomenal for start to finish. Aaron helped every step of the way with booking to ensure our party was taken care of. The bartenders, My and Ty, took care of our large party with efficiency and excellence. We will definitely be back for our next one.
Don’t let me enter, look at the menu and then say “oh yeah, we’re closing early tonight”
Really poor service, very slow and inattentive
The place and vibes are super cool and I want to love this place, but the food isn’t so great. The pretzel nuggets tasted like they were deep fried into oblivion, crunchy and dry. The wings were a good size and cooked perfectly, but the ATL hot sauce has an off putting chemical plastic taste which made us not eat it. Carrots/celery dry. The tots were perfect, however.
I hate to give a negative review of a neighborhood spot but here goes. I ordered the lemon pepper cauliflower nuggets today and they were inedible. I ended up taking off the batter on every one of them and eating the cauliflower by itself. There was so much lemon in the mushy batter that I couldn’t bring myself to eat them as is — and I’m not at all a picky eater. I can’t imagine that they are really served this way. The first time I came here I had a meatball sandwich (can’t remember the name on the menu) but it tasted like microwaved frozen meat. Service and atmosphere is fine. It just isn’t for me.
Crazy impressed with the food here at the Mingle & Jingle Christmas pop-up bar. Fried green tomatoes with red pepper jelly are topped off with arugula and Parmesan and I ate the whole appetizer myself. Cocktails are divine. Highly recommend the Nakatomi Plaxa — Bounty dark rum + Chairman’s spiced rum + sorrel tea + orange….it tastes like CHRISTMAS’
I came here on a friday night event thinking it was going to be a great night out supporting the event. I visited the bar to get a drink and some wings, originally my total was $38. drink was roughly 13-14 and the meal was $16 I did not get the wings I wanted and my card got swiped $85 the next morning. I still havent got my money back. I wont recommend visiting this place unless you want to be robbed out of your money.
My friend and I had a layover in Atlanta from Canada and decided to try Best End. The Beer was tasty and the food was great as well. The male bartender however had a terrible attitude. When she made our first order every word out of her mouth was met with eye rolls and sighs. Making it obvious he didn't like her. Then didn't give her a buzzer with her meal order so after waiting for 20 mins she asked about it and he blew her off again rolling his eyes. She was so uncomfortable she didn't even want to talk to him for the bill so she asked the female bartender instead. As a bartender myself this is abysmal and if you work in CUSTOMER service, your CUSTOMERS should not leave feeling uncomfortable. Do better.
