Benders Brats are amazing. You can definitely tell everything is fresh and homemade. The workers have amazing customer service. Definitely one of the best lunch spots in Aurora.

Worst customer service ever. 2:10 pm and they ran out of brats. 4 employees in store. 2 sitting in back. Black guy up front just walking around clueless to the world. Sits at counter with me while I’m waiting for my food. Keeps talking to himself. Person working grill leaves periodically. Took 20+ minutes before I left with food. 2 other customers complained about wait as well. . Jesus. Where did u get these employees? All 4 appear to be homeless. No one appears to be in charge. Really quite Ridiculous
