I will give my review based on my first visit. The dough was super crip with zero flop. Sauce was balanced, tangy and not too sweet. HOWEVER, today I picked up two pies and it felt like visited a totally different place. The sauce was overwhelming sweet and the dough was soft and floppy. I had high hopes thinking I found the perfect pizza place in West Palm, however, inconsistency is the downfall. Don’t think I can make the long trip from Wellington to comeback. Today’s pie was a mega disappointment.
