They use a fresh banana in the banana milk tea. Tastes great! Recommend.

I ordered a simple drink in the afternoon. While she was helping me Gloria introduced herself and asked for my name. not because she needed to since i was the only customer. it's nice and rare to exchange small pleasantries

I saw this place get popular on the Internet for their cute containers & drinks. Boba is a bit overpriced for the size but they have reusable containers which is good on their part. Sometimes have interesting collabs too. Got Strawberry Milk tea w/ lychee jelly

December 12, 2023... My daughter has always enjoyed coming here for a smoothie. Unfortunately, my daughter got sick from her drink. Later, she told me the bananas they were using were black colored. If she told me sooner, I would not have allowed her to drink it. Do not cut corners to save costs. Your customers' health should be important. Dietary restrictions: Do not order if you notice the bananas are black in color. Kid-friendliness: Do not serve expired or rotten food to kids or your customers.

First time trying bearology and it only got my attention because of the Spy Fam collab. Including tax the huckleberry lemonade in the glass flask cost me almost $17..not to mention that it was SO sweet that I was able to divide it into three cups with ice. Hm I guess it was a good deal then

This particular Bearology is located on the 2nd floor of The Shops at Santa Anita, near the Kinokuniya and the Uniqlo. Both the nice African American lady at the register and the nice Hispanic batista (I think her name was Gloria?) went above and beyond, answering all of my questions about the new Spy x Family limited edition containers and how I could get one. I was sold on it immediately and they both took care of me in a professional and friendly, yet fast and efficient manner.

Decent place in a large mall for drinks. Serves similar drinks as most of the other places here, but without the massive line. Maybe because it's on the 2nd floor in a random spot. I don't know, but almost splurged and got the Spy x Family glass. But I wanted all 3, so I couldn't justify getting all 3 in one go, as much as I wanted them.

Finally pulled the trigger on trying this drink spot after seeing the Spy Family Collab. Outside of the getting the promo bottle, I really don't think their shimmering drinks are anything special. The bottle special drinks is $15 which you're mainly paying for the Collab of the time. Ordered kiwi lemonade shimmering and it somewhat reminds me of jolly rancher candy.
