Best coffee in town. I've been a subscriber to coffee collective for years now. Staff is always very friendly and attentive. They can get a bit backed up during busy times, but the wait is never long.

I know it seems weird to rate my favourite coffee shop only 3/5. Beacon can have the absolute best coffee and pastries and then teeter to subpar. The piñon pastries just don’t hold up in the case leading to almost gummy textured pastries. The other company they supply from stays shelf stable. I typically order the vanilla latte or cappuccino and always the pixie mocha when in season. But Beacon has an issue with consistency. They truly have the best vanilla latte out there- except when they don’t use the same amount each time. Often I’m left wondering if the flavour was actually added. Other times the coffee is a weak pull and you’re left with only milk and flavour. Once Beacon can work out these frequent inconsistencies they will be the best coffee shop in at the very least all of SoCal.

Excellent fair trade coffee, organic milk, house made everything and local artisan pastries (sourdough and ancient grains). What more can I say

I’ve been enjoying Beacon coffee for a while now and this post is long overdue. The authenticity of Beacon’s pursuit to showcase an honest cup is on full display. From the professionalism of the staff to the consistently high quality of their coffee. Thanks for being in business Beacon. Keep up the good work.
