The pizzas were good, the chicken sandwich made my girlfriend sick and the old fashioned I ordered was awful. The bathroom were absolutely disgusting it looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. I don’t go here often anymore and I definitely won’t be going back of it was up to me.

Had dinner with my family on Saturday, found a hair in my moms dinner, let the staff know, manager said he would take care of it for us and take it off our bill, they still tried to charge for a remake, ended up bringing us a new plate at no charge instead after multiple times of speaking with the manager funny thing is that the “remade” plate didn’t have the hair on the steak, it had it on the mashed potatoes just like the original plate she was served. Cochinos. We frequently eat at BJS. not after this definitely not returning and removing from our recommendations

Alex Ertman is just simply amazing.

Alex is a fantastic bar tender, always checking on us, brought us condiments without having to ask. Knowledgeable on beer, great recommendation and friendly, fast service. Will definitely come back!

I just went last Sunday, Feb '24, the service was good, the food was wonderful, but the housekeeping was terrible, but doesn't reflect the franchise quality, the blinds were dirty and you could see dead flies on the window seal ( at least they were dead) by the hostess station, there was trash on the floor and floor was sticky, I didn't check the bathroom because I was afraid to get grossed out. The place used to be great, lately it has been neglected.
