Kid-friendliness: It's an Icream parlor. What kid doesn't like ice cream!
This is the best Ice Cream place in town. Locally owned. Still the same local owners from decades ago. This is the only place to get an ice cream sundae. The ice cream cakes are phenomenal too. Great people, great food, great place to go even in the winter.
Very organized place to be
The ice cream is fine but the inside is VERY cramped where you select your flavor options. It's a tight squeeze if there are multiple people or groups there at once.
I am very disappointed in the service at this location. I could barely hear the mumbling from someone who appeared to be the owner/manager. And when I could understand them, no “thank you” or “please”. They treated me like a second class citizen and I did not feel welcome at all. Their tables are sticky and gross. The chairs have dried, melted ice cream and when I asked for a wipe down so my faint and I can sit, they ignored me.
Unfortunately we have had to deal with one very disrespectful and confrontational guest that came into our store on 4/10/2023 when she was done screaming and being over the top dramatic that was not enough for her she continued her rant all the way out to the parking lot where Myself two of my co-workers and my grandaughter were walking to our cars, she was still screaming and as she was leaving she swerved her car towards us !! So now she thinks if she puts bad reviews and has her friends post FAKE reviews that it will somehow make her feel better. It is sad that some people think that being vindictive is the route to take.
My 72 Y grandmother almost tripped on a sticky floor , then a woman that had a title of “manager” on her shirt started chuckling with her co-worker. So heartbreaking and rude. Will try Rohnert Park or cold stone in the future or somewhere that show some respect for our older community.
