Took an hour for chicken wings. Ridiculous.
The service in this place is horrible, rude little man Nevin needs to find a different job
I remember Wingstop was one of the top fast food chains I would crave the most. It tasted heavenly. This last time I went I have to admit is the first time I’m starting to experience the negative side of this restaurant. I will start by complimenting the cashier that helped us. I didn’t catch his name, but he was a nice man with polite customer service skills and made things a little more pleasant. When I told him I needed more time to decide on my food he hadn’t rushed me. He kindly brought out our food with a smile on his face. Something I noticed was instead of napkins they have paper towels. Paper towels can be rough and give a weird look to your food so I would reconsider your choice in that. Right after taking my seat I noticed the tables, countertops, or floors hadn’t been cleaned in a while. As for the food itself, the buns were too soft. Not crispy enough. The chicken was overdone and way too soft. Also not the crunch I was expecting. I will say the sauce of whatever flavor you chose is still really good. It really adds good flavor and they put a good amount on the chicken. In this case it was mango habanero and Louisiana rub. The fries were also not good. They looked old and were smashed. They were also too soft. Their honey mustard was very good and my favorite sauce next to their ranch. A comment about the restroom is how there isn’t a mirror. I think it’s inconvenient for the customers especially since it’s a fast food restaurant and eating can get messy. People should be able to check themselves and make sure everything is intact. You guys should should also reconsider that. I do like that they have a tv so when the customer is waiting they have some sort of entrainment. They have a good deal on Monday’s and Tuesday’s where wings are ¢.75 a piece so 10 wings for around $7 or $8. I would definitely go back for that good deal, but other than that Wingstop has officially flopped in my eyes. This restaurant is in Shiloh Center so there is plenty of parking. Its in the same location as Walmart, Grocery Outlet, and Goodwill. There is handicap parking and wheelchair accessibility. Overall I kindly hope you improve and wish you the best of luck Wingstop!
The food is always good and the customer service is really good
Rude employee. The short guy cooking, always with attitude, not coming back.
I ordered the parmesan wings and the lemon pepper wings for delivery. The wings were tough and rubbery. When I called the store they said that Grubb hub wasn't their delivery company although that's who I had to place the order through per Wing Stop's online directions. I had to call the store 3 times before anyone answered and the representative argued with me that they have never used Grubb Hub. When I told him that the wings were not up to my expectations his reply was "Oh...sorry." Won't be ordering from them again.
Went for the big bucket and loved choosing a variety of flavours
