Baskin-Robbins

Came in after my daughter had a dentist visit for a treat. The lady and gentleman working at 5 pm April 15th 2024 didnt greet us when we walked in for a few mins. Not until they finished doing what they were working on did they walk over and greet us. My daughter wanted two scoops of ice cream and her Dad wanted one scoop. I asked for a Tripple scoop for the three scoops they chose. The lady gave her dads scoop in a separate cup and said she cant put his scoop in her cup because it has cherries and she cant chew it because she was at the dentist. I explained im sorry if u didn't understand but i want all three scoops in the one cup for 9.99. So she grabbed another scoop and charged us for a single scoop at 4.99 and a Tripple for 9.99. She argued with me and shrugged her shoulders. So her dad said just let me pay for it.. i was not in the mood to just leave and not purchase due to my daughter would cry. If i was solo i would have left the ice cream and not paid for anything.

Ordered a birthday ice cream cake. I had good experience with customer service and the store was nice and clean. The cake looked beautiful but frosting tasted bitter..The inside cake and ice cream part was good, but frosting was bitter.

Their ice cream cakes look very nice and taste good. My daughter's birthday party schedule had to change and with their help the cake came right on time! She loved it so much.

Rude staff. They only give two ice cream flavor trial per person ! A policy not on BR website nor displayed in the store! If I am selecting a double scoop I am expected to get my “trial” selection 100% right !

The service is the worst even though their ice cream taste not that specific and good. I was never a vanilla ice cream fan so I was tasting the vanilla taste and the guy faced was so mean and he told me that u have never eaten vanilla before and he didn’t let me taste anything more too. I would never go there back again.

This place has a nice ambiance and the seating arrangement is good. Lots of flavours to choose from and the staff is nice and friendly. We ordered hot brownie sunday and kids had cotton candy in kid size scoop. I love their kids size scoop, it makes the kids eat enough and not too much. They have wonderful cakes too. Will try these ice cream cakes next time. They look delicious.
