So I came into the store to order a milkshake the girl working told me sorry it’s the end of the night I’m not making milkshakes . I asked her why and she responded it’s the end of the night we are out of milk . I felt the moment I walked in mind u it was 30 min before closing that she just didn’t want to make the milk shake . So again I asked her how long has she been out of milk cause she should have put a sign up saying sorry no milk or something . Anyhow very disappointed.
DO NOT ORDER a cake from this location. I ordered an ice cream cake online 13 days before my husband's birthday. It was supposed to be ready at 5pm on his birthday. I got to the store around 5:20pm and they didn't have the cake. They asked me for a receipt and I showed them my email confirmation. They weren't empathic at all. The person working the counter kept going in the back to talk to someone. They would be back there for awhile keeping me waiting and continued to come back with no new information. They didn't apologize or care that they didn't have my order. They also didn't refund me. I called headquarters and they can't refund me it has to be the store. I still haven't received any contact or a refund from the store.
We didn't get what we paid for. After a trip to San Diego, we wanted to end the day with ice cream and stopped by this BR. We ordered two ice creams and a chocolate milkshake. When my son took his order, it turned out to be not chocolate and we asked to change it. The rude woman Andrea took this other milkshake and without a word threw it in trash and said that if we want a chocolate one, we have to pay again. What? We didn't get our order, we paid them $20 plus tips and ended up with nothing. When I tried to get our order, this woman laughed in my face and asked for more money. As a result, the child was left without a milkshake, and I just gave them money for free. Very disappointing.
Came in to buy a scoop or two, had no idea what I was in the mood for. Was told by the cashier I could only try 3 samples, which none tasted good anyway. Bad customer service on business policy part. I've worked in 2 different ice cream stores before, samples is the best way to keep loyal customers and get new ones. Not going back unless Baskin stop acting so greedy.
