2 stars for the cake only. I am in a wheelchair & sent my caregiver to pickup the cake I ordered online. She said there were 4 employees in the store & she was the only customer. One employee looked twice for the cake and told my caregiver she was at the wrong store. She asked them to look it up by my phone number. Surprise, the cake was found. 15 minutes of frustration & delay and no apology. None of the other employees stepped in to help. Your system is broken for online orders & your employees are clueless on how to serve customers. Loved the cake, hated I had to listen to someone, who was doing me a favor, complain.
Night time crew has no customer service. Especial phenix we had been waiting in line, she acted like she was busy. A friend of hers walks in and she helped him. She has discriminated my husband and I . Closed your stores if you can not have great staff.
