This place used to be horrible but it's became better. I had to go to the one a few blocks up on 31st because this one always had blender issues. The one on 31st closed down and the staff there works at this one now which I am proud of since the customer service was good there and it seems like progress is being made.

On February 28th 2021, I ordered a cake online via the Baskin Robins website and picked it up 48 hours after my order. The cake design was the Designer Handbag Cake which is a teal blue color. However, when I picked up my cake at Baskin Robins, I was appalled that my cake was bright pink which was COMPLETELY DIFFERENT FROM WHAT I ORDERED ON THE WEBSITE. I decided take the cake because 1) my mom is female and would not mind a pink colored cake and 2) I picked up the cake after work and didn't have time to switch cake selection choices last minute. Also, when I finally eat the cake, the inside was vanilla with k.j."white cake" instead of vanilla with "chocolate cake" which I originally purchased. I was EXTREMELY UPSET because I did not get what I asked for. The people at this Dunkin Doughnut location should not make whatever kind of cake thy want and give it to the customer. Have the RESPECT AND CURTESY TO CALL THE CUSTOMER and let them know what is going on so I could make a decision on what to do next (get a refund or being allowed to chose from new choices). The 1st photo is the cake I ordered online, the 2nd photo is the wrong cake that the store gave to me and the 3rd photo is the inside of the cake which they also got wrong from my order. This Dunkin Doughnut store was completely unprofessional and I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!

Poor customer service and very little to non dairy options.

Its an OK place to go for a quick coffee fix.

Good place to stop by quick grabbing coffee and bagel
