I ordered 7 cups of ice cream for a van of nursing home residents March 13,2024 between 2:10PM and 2:20PM. AMYRAH and her team created the order quickly. I asked for a tray to carry the cups to the van. Amyrah offered to bring them out. There are two other co-workers that assisted in delivery of the ice cream to the van. I thanked Amyrah and let her know she has provided excellent customer service with her co-workers.

That one lengthy kid with PUFFY hair ABSOLUTELY SUCKS!!!!! HES NEVER HEPING HIS CO WORKERS AND TRYS TO AVOID HELPING THE CUSTOMERS IN ANY WAY POSSIBLE LAZY EMPLOYEE GET HIM OUT

I walked in and was greeted with smiles and positive energy, an employee named Jojo gave me fast service and another called Mina helped inform me on a new flavor I should try called Cookie Monster. Overall my experience here was very pleasant and I will be sure to come back again!

Me and friend angel walked in and this nice boy named Youssef greas , he served us very well he made our experience very very enjoyable . He wasn’t rude , he was very respectful and hard working we really need more kids like him this generation

I love this place!!!! I only want to come in when this worker named “Youssef Ghatas” works I tipped him 20 dollars because of his excellent service.

Me and my friend Gerad walked in to get some ice cream. As we walked in we were greeted nicely by a fella, (who we actually got in contact with after) he served our ice cream as told and even brought forth a conversation with our dessert. We got to know him as Youssef.Greas and exchanged friendly views on how we perceive this world. Overall we were astounded by the customer service of this worker that made our experience more enjoyable with what we wanted. I would like to thank him for his a wonderful fulfillment of labor. He honestly makes teens represent the future generation, truly a role model and a future leader! Thank You Baskin and Youssef Greas! I will most definitely return to pick up some good ol’ ice cream

Incredible ice cream but I'm writing this review for the above and beyond customer service I received! Ordered through uber and when there was an order issue they were will to work with me to fix it through a re-order. The employees were incredible kind and I will absolutely be a returning customer :)

My daughter and I frequent this location on Saturday mornings. Typically, we use the drive-through. My daughter loves the ice cream so we continue going to this location, but if I had a choice, I would not. The sound system for the drive through is outdated and/or broken, so I have to scream to be heard…or I am told to pull up. The staff members are rarely wearing gloves. Yesterday, 2/10, I was asked if I wanted to leave a tip. When I said no, all verbal contact with the employee ended. He basically threw my ice cream at me and slammed the glass window closed. We were afraid something had been “done” to the ice cream as revenge. I don’t understand why people who actually want to work are not hired. If these kids don’t want to be bothered, why are they being hired??? Pay your employees more so they don’t have to ask for tips at a drive-through window.
