I love to stop here for ice cream because the almond waffle cone is by far my favorite!! I stopped one day and as I stood in line one employee worked the register as one was tidying up the store/lobby area from changing out trash and stocking. Well, she was the one that also came back to fix ice cream. I requested that she washed her hands, she advised me that she was going to put on gloves disgusting. Her hair was also not secure as it flopped forward all over the ice cream. We all shed hair at some point and I would hate for ANYONE to have to eat hair with their ice cream.
