Food it’s good , but in this location the clients wait for the cashier to finish her conversations with the other guys who work there…..she will take your order but in pauses since she’s busy talking and flirting with the guys …..
If you go in after 6pm the workers will tell you they’re “closed” if they don’t want to fill your order. I know work sucks but it’s just ice cream or coffee, at least just scoop some ice cream to the posted hours. Embarrassing
Find ice cream elsewhere. Painstakingly long service in the evening, even when there is no line. Workers act annoyed that they’re there. Milkshake was watery. Double scoop of ice cream was barely one scoop. Ice cream tasted freezer burnt. Cake cone was stale
Terrible service at this baskin/Dunkin’s and there’s always something up at this location, broken machines, there hours are wrong?? It’s not 24/7 despite the door being opened I entered and the employee was too Busy hanging out with his friends to help us I usually don’t leave reviews but this location is just bad everytime I go. The two young girls who work there r nice but I can’t say that ab the rest of the employees
They put ice in their milkshakes (happened multiple times) and after I said no ice they lied and still put it in. Cheap and stingy management
Good location with spacious parking lot. On our visit, late Thursday afternoon, the store wasn't crowded and service was friendly and fairly efficient. However, our server appears to be new (had to ask another colleague for almost everything) and a few things were out of stock. Overall, an average score for ice cream location
Single scoop the size of a hummingbird egg. Then the girl gave me two scoops of freezer burnt ice cream and called it a sundae. I had to ask her to add whipped cream, nuts and a cherry only to find that they were out of strawberry syrup... Worst Ice Cream experience I've ever had... and I'm 65 yrs. Old!!! Sheesh!!!
