Best ice cream place to take your family.

Great fast service

The ice cream is good it's just that there is this one employee that never gets my order correct.

I'm going to start out this review with a devils advocate type of view point. Being in retail/fast food myself I can see kinda where people are coming from working in a "busy" ice cream shop and feeling stressed. But my husband and I wanted to be kids and go on an ice cream date... so we came into our local Baskin Robin's only to NOT be greeted by the employee of this store but also felt super rushed and not listened to when trying to order a Sunday and a 3 scoop cup. I get being overwhelmed when busy but it's dead... its 11am and you're not doing anything so why not show some customer service pep? On top of which I wasn't asked if I wanted extra toppings on my Sunday or if I wanted nuts on my Sunday or not. Which is NOT a good practice in this field considering the amount of nut allergies there is. There was so much nuts on my Sunday I couldn't even enjoy it. The experience and over all environment of this business was very sad. I wouldn't recommend coming here if you're expecting a good experience. ‍♀️ At least try to seem polite. Dietary restrictions: Be careful if your allergic to anything. Make sure to tell them that you do Not want something on your ice cream

I was there Saturday buying ice cream for my family. The guy that was there was rude and dirty. He was not wearing gloves and touching the ice cream cone. They need to hire employees that are going to be nice to customers specially when we spend a lot of money. There was another guy making the waffle cones touching he’s head and face was also not wearing gloves. That’s just nasty.

Brought my two 9 year olds in for some ice cream. The attendant was rude and because one of my kids was indecisive about what he wanted the attendant put his ice cream back and cut his scoop in half before giving it to him. I’ll definitely be taking my kids elsewhere to get their ice cream from now on.

Parking: The location of the parking lot is easy, it’s just right in front on the store and there are about 5-10 spots which is great for a small Business. Kid-friendliness: The employees were so friendly with the customers and kids, we had a great experience and so did our kids.

I miss the flavor momma's making cookies every time and this time i decided to call and they didn't have it...BUT the kind lady i spoke to said she would order it for me! Awesome customer service. Thank you!
