Typical ice cream options, nothing extraordinary. Offers the basics.
The WORST ice cream shop I’ve been to. Had our ice cream mixed up and I’m allergic to almonds and was told I didn’t say it right when there’s a language barrier between me and the woman who was taking orders. Proceeded to try to hand us gloves telling us to switch it around, after saying I’m allergic to them. Then said it was still our fault, locked the window , unlocked it, and said just come in to get it fixed because “I’m not doing this”. I’ve never looked down so quick to make sure I had something to throw in that bi+<hes face. Luckily I had my kids in the car or her teeth would be out.
This location has the worst customer service at the ice cream part of the store, 4 people working at the drive thru some other person came in and didint serve her either we asked for service and didint serve us still so we walked out because we waited atleast 10 minutes there. Since these new people came Before them weve never had issues with the customer service until today
Customer service is hit or miss, same as the quality of the ice cream. The ONLY thing spot on is the donuts. I want again today and again they refuse to make a shake. She explained that they have already done the cleaning for the night. At 9:30 pm but they close at 12 am
Found hair in ice cream. Would not refund money. Awful customer service.
Google facts do not reflect the drive through only status during hours. I would not have driven there to purchase ice cream had the Google facts been correct. Greatly disappointed with quality, lack of seeing the quality/condition of the ice cream, and greatly decreased portion sizes - based upon prior Baskin-Robbins experiences.
