Barroco is always a treat to go to. We've introduced many friends to it, and all love it and go back. The different sauces at the table are great, but the garlic is probably our favorite...not for the faint of heart, but if you like garlic, you'll love that one. Everything we've had there has been good. Steaks are good, a little pricey, but enjoyable. The drinks we've had there were good too. I've had the mojito and it was well balanced and refreshing. Make sure you try the arepas, that's part of what they are known for. Portions are a good size, bathrooms are clean, and servers are friendly and well-informed about the menu and food. Atmosphere is casual and laid back. They have live music in the warm weather months, I believe only on the weekends. Give Barroco a try!

Good ambience but not sure why their prices are so high. Neither quality nor quantity make up for it. 4 tiny pieces of chicken like cardboard - 35$.
