Mmm... strawberry yogurt smoothie!

This place is always poppin! The cashiers are always so friendly and very to the point. Drinks come out quick and they are so delicious Drink cups are never messy. One thing i dont like tho is the lines can be long and disorganized-- you have to ask around to find the end of the line. I got a #6, #10, and a strawberry yogurt drink. Will come again soon.

Cashier man tried to talk me out of ordering a Vietnamese coffee… which was the reason I was there… he said it would be too strong & said get a regular coffee, I said no I want a viet coffee, he said too strong. I said ok that’s what I want. After arguing he finally let me pay for it….THEN when I picked up the coffee, he reminded me again it was too strong, I would be up all night…. It’s noisy inside, crowded, but at least service was fast.

The prices here are a bit high and tbh they kind of suck at letting you know whose drink they just made. They also forgot someone's order. I got the mangonada and it was pretty good but it was such a pain to drink. They seal off the bottom which means you gotta destraw ya drink and glizzy it down a bit before you can get slurping. It was great, I'm not gonna front, but if you saw how much I had to dog that stick up, you'd think I was the throat goat. It'd be a 100% better experience if they just used the straw as a mold or something and separated the stick from it idk.

I wanted to like this place so much but unfortunately the customer service is severely lacking. I requested a half sweetened Taro milk tea and was met with a barely Taro tasting milk tea. Immediately regretted leaving a tip as when I went back to request for it to be adjusted, I felt like a huge bother to the young employee up front. While my drink was being modified, the same employee then recommended a different boba cafe place for me to try which was basically her way of telling me not to go back . Came across petty/very high school mean girl. I was close to digging into the tip jar for my money back. Last time I ever leave a tip before receiving service. Regardless, I won’t be visiting again. Atleast not this location.

The avocado smoothie was bland and a bit of chunky. Decent pricing.
