I showed up at 8:30am on a Friday to find a line snaking around the corner and halfway down the block. When I got into the bakery around 9am, all the daily specials were sold-out, but I was able to snag a couple of pastries. And OHMYGOSH, is the waiting worth it! Moist, buttery, perfect balance of flavors - I’d intended to save one for the following day but ended up eating both because they were sheer perfection in pastry. I’m looking forward to this bakery being able to expand services in their new location, but I definitely recommend getting in line at 8am so you have a full selection of goodies to choose from.
Bakery Four has my official endorsement for best Croissant in Denver.
Absolutely incredible. Everything we had was delicious- especially the breakfast and cardamom buns. Get there early, it’s worth the wait!
The only bakery in town that I would wait in line for over an hour at 7am… simply the best.
I was lucky enough to get a donut on Sunday, and it was by far the best donut I’ve ever tasted. Nothing here ever disappoints, but get there early!
Get there early, they run out quick on weekend. Amazing pastries though! Very authentic and well done.
So delicious and well worth the hype. You won't regret waiting in line!
I was able to score one of the last loaves on Sunday. It’s easily the best bread I’ve had in Colorado, and I’ll definitely be back early next time to wait for their pastries,
