I order delivery and usually don't have a problem. The food is good. But if you need a refund on a gift card, don't expect one.. contacting customer support is a joke. You get a bot email. Way to help your customers.

IDE give 0 stars if I could. I ordered online for delivery. It came and the whole order was mixed up. Topping for one sandwich were on another so I called and tried to see if I could bring them back in and get them exchanged. He said no because I ordered online. Wouldn’t waste any time here.

Yummy and delicious and awesome

They continue to get our order wrong and the employees never charge us the same price even though we get the same thing every time. The employees complain about their job while making our sandwiches. We will no longer shop at this Subway.
