This restaurant used to be exceptional until 4 months ago. I don't know what happened, but when I went today, I was really disappointed with the quality of the coffee and the service provided by the waitstaff. I was completely shocked. I think it might be due to short staffing, which seems to be a common issue in America as well.
This is my first time eating here and the food was good. I ordered an omelette which comes with hash browns and toast. The “hashbrowns” weren’t actual hashbrowns, but instead were fried potatoes. Not what I expected but still pretty good. The omelette was a little smaller than expected but decently filled with veggies. The breakfast menu doesn’t have a lot to offer and the kids menu even less for breakfast. My server was good. She forgot one item I requested but when brought to her attention she apologized and immediately brought it out for me. Overall this place was decent. I would come back and try out lunch next time.
Visited for Sunday brunch, though I wouldn't call it that - they had a breakfast menu. They had a few vegetarian and gluten free options. Will be nice to visit again when glass garage-style doors and patio seating opens. Vegetarian options: Eggs, shakshuka (huevos rancheros), waffles
Treated my wife and child to this restaurant tonight. We were excited about trying a new restaurant traveling from Manassas. It was hard to find parking but we did eventually and went in. I don't like the restaurant hours of closing at 8 PM on a Friday night but we made it there by 6:45 PM. We were seated right away. Our server was the bartender that had one customer at the bar. The bartender started off being very attentive but then that faded away as his attention went to the one customer at the bar with lengthy conversations. Anytime we needed something additional we had to flag down other staff members due to our server having focus elsewhere. We ordered our food and had a decent wait. We noticed that the cooks in the kitchen were eating food while preparing food which is unsanitary in my opinion. We also noticed that parts of our food order was ready but sat up at the kitchen counter for about 10 minutes before our whole order was finished. I told the kitchen manager that it was unacceptable to have food just sitting while staff was waiting on the full order to be done. The food was good besides the salty French fries. We had to asked that the fries be replaced with new fries without salt. We had to flag down a staff member for drink refills and boxes to go. The bartender finally took a break from chatting with the one customer at the bar to actually bring us our check. We left the restaurant with a customer experience that was a 8/10.
Fabulous cocktail menu. Food was interesting twists on classic happy hour menu. Dessert crepes were one of the best crepes I’ve ever eaten - US or France. Try the Bananas Foster crepe!!!
We loved this place, with great food and drinks . Thanks
We celebrated my Granddaughters 1st birthday with a wonderful brunch at Bakers Crust. The food was delicious, the service was outstanding!!! I loved that the restaurant had an elevator to the 2nd floor!!!! Wheelchair accessibility: Open seating and elevator to 2nd floor.
Got the Fennel Sausage and sweet Onion pizza. The sausage was a very weird texture - closer to soy chorizo than sausage and the dough barely had any color on it and needed salt. The service was good but I was really disappointed by the food.
Food was very good, but we will not return due to the sneaky surprise "adj fee" that is added to the bill .
