Bacon Street Diner

OH MY GOD. I’m so excited on getting to review this place. AMAZING REALLY OUT OF THIS WORLD FOOD. It was our first time visiting this city/town and we came across this place and we went in there with no expectations and we were blown away but how great the food is; so good we went back twice in a week . We had the chicken fried chicken and their waffle tower holy moly it was phenomenal. Customer service was great. And I can keep going but I’ll stop lol. YOU NEED TO TRY THIS PLACE; I PROMISE YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED. Thank you for the great experience.

I found this place by watching a story on Fox 13 News and wanted to try it. My family and I finally made the 1hr and 15 min trip. IT WAS SO WORTH IT!!!!! EVERYTHING and I do mean EVERYTHING we ate or drank was DELICIOUS!! We have been to quite a few restaurants since moving to Florida, but we have not experienced a restaurant where everything taste good. A lot of the items are made there from scratch. The staff was very warm and welcoming. The owners stopped by our table to greet us. The atmosphere was clean. It’s a diner so dress down attire is appropriate. The restrooms were very clean. Prices are decent and comparable to todays times. You get a nice amount of food. We left there feeling satisfied and stuffed. We will definitely be back.…… And they have alcoholic beverages 😋. I typically don’t do reviews unless something is extremely good or extremely bad. This is extremely good.

Found this restaurant while walking around Countryside Mall. It seemed pretty busy so we decided to give it a try. We both found the young lady hostess to be a bit snooty, like she really did not want to be there. This made me want to not wait for a table at all, but my wife was craving pancakes so we wound waiting about 15 minutes for a table. The rest of the staff we encountered was very nice, but not the best service we have had. We had to ask multiple times for refills, and we felt kind of rushed to order and eat, however, they were super busy so we get it. We tried their poutine appetizer, which was ok, but not like a traditional poutine. It was fries, melted mozzarella, and brown gravy. My wife got her pancakes and bacon, which were delicious and great sized portions. The pancakes came with a little bacon cream puff on top, which was awesome. I ordered the blue cheese wedge salad, and it was great for brunch time. We really enjoyed the food and dinner like atmosphere. We will definitely go back next time we are at the mall. Parking: It is in the mall so there is plenty of parking.

Better than expected. The bacon was as advertised and the meal was not a disappointment either. Overall, the service was quick and efficient. The most surprising delight might had been the maple bacon cream puff. It was quite good! Absolutely perfect. Service was on point and food was delicious. Get a half order. It will be plenty. Chicken and waffles were great. So was the country Bene. Really enjoyed it!
