Went for nostalgia because I was craving a root beer float and I remembered how good it was when I was kid from A&W. Hardly any ice cream and root beer wasn’t filled all the way for $4 for a small I should get the right quantity. I will just continue to get the 20x more of the 2 ingredients for the same price of the small from the store next time. And popcorn shrimp is like 4 tiny shrimp for $4 after tax. Wild.
I waited over 40mins going thru drive thru. It was a Saturday night. The place was horribly understaffed.
They take forever to make your food than food wasn't worth the price that I pay . And nobody apologize for late
They lock the doors before 7pm even tho their door says they're open until 9pm. Complete waste of a trip.
Absolutely horrible. The food make me sick. The new manager and 2 of the female employees were nice. 1 cashier is so rude and should definitely find another industry to work in. Expecting a&w draft on tap... nope. Out of the machine and it wasn't working. But, beyond that... I got food poisoning and spent the next day dying from the sickness. I wish the new manager luck in getting together but, u will not be back.
Trey, the man who assisted us, was really courteous and competent. I would advise everyone to visit that Long John Silver's because I guarantee they won't be disappointed.
I walked in and a guy behind the cooking area was cursing like a Sailor. It was kinda scary to see, I wasn't sure if they were playing or serious. I was the only person in line so I wasn't all that worried about a fight possibly breaking out. A minute or two later a young tall man comes up and asked, Could he take my order? He was polite and friendly. I haven't eaten at Long John Silvers in over fifteen plus years. I was feeling like I wanted to see if it was still the same. I can say, it wasn't bad but it's probably gonna be another fifteen plus years before I eat here again that's for sure. I would've given all fives had I not witnessed the vulgar language that was being used by the employee in the cooking area. I hope he was the Manager. Yikes, if he was.
