terrible customer service from the woman with the low bald fade. Terrible food, sandwich had paper in it, nearly choked!

I’ve been to this location several times. Each time the woman with the burgundy dreads takes an order or makes a sandwich she is extremely rude. Every single encounter I’ve had with her is horrible. She acts as though she can’t be bothered. She is rude, and she throws the sandwiches on the counter when she is done. Extremely unprofessional!

Solid 24 hr coffee shop in the hospital, food any time

After working 19 hours at the hospital I picked up this sandwich before leaving, to find paper in it once I had gone outside. Debated eating it still but instead dropped it all into the garbage. I messaged ABP online and haven’t gotten a response in over a week so far. Just use the vending machines outside of the hospital cafeteria.
