ARTIPASTA Italian Food

Food was mid at best, not authentic Italian at all. The customer service is terrible, took far too long to make the food couldn't help but over here the female working talking about the oxycontin she gets from her father and her male coworker exclaiming how cool free drugs are (as they were anything but quiet) the staff aren't professional at all. Avoid this place if you have minors with you and want good food.

Best pasta I’ve had! Great for vegetarians

I must agree with the poor reviews on this one. The place is a bit of a bait and switch. It markets itself as authentic italian pasta but my ravioli came with very sweet balsamic glaze covered all over it. Absolutely inedible. I ordered something else and let them know the dish really does not call for balsamic glaze and I was shocked by it. The woman kinda just motioned to the photos on the menu like well theres a tiny picture. I'm sorry I didnt realize we were ordering at McDonalds. I ordered the gnocchi which was fine. I was not offered a refund for the ravioli. It's a little funny.. the gnocchi has a photo with a large amount of burrata but it's actually served with mini mozzarella balls.. I see they cherry pick when the photo matches the dish based on who knows what. the ravioli might as well have been covered in ketchup. It was truly awful.

The food is very overpriced for pasta that isn't cooked thoroughly. The portions are also rather small. The cook also seems to have an anger issue because I heard them shouting and cursing quite a bit while placing my order.

Discovered Artipasta a year or two ago and I’m hooked! I’ll make the drive down to Thicket from up north just for their authentic Italian & Fresh pasta. Been trying different dishes most visits, and everything’s been amazing.

I had the penne with mushrooms and truffle oil, sooo good! Will be back again!

I read about this place on several Austin restaurant lists and I was so excited to find a little hidden gem. This, unfortunately, was not that. While they do have true Italian style dishes, they were far from true Italian style taste. I didn’t realize this place was fast casual, which is totally fine by me, but I think it just perfectly equates to the quality of food. We got three dishes of pasta and we couldn’t eat any of them because of the excess garlic or completely bland flavor. The prices were fair for sure though so that’s a plus! I don’t think I would recommend this place to others, unfortunately.
