A refreshing experience. Robert, one of the new shift managers, offered great customer service. While taking my order he was prompt, personal, offered suggestions, and read my order back to me for accuracy. He was very exemplary which was notable as customer service at this particular location is usually a hit or miss.

Employee was very rude, fries were over cooked, packaging was sloppy, paid $0.75 for half a container of cheddar sauce... very displeased with this kind of service.
