Staff is very polite and courteous. They went above and beyond.

You get what you expect
Cashier was very friendly. Service was quick and the food was good. AND for the first time in 2 years we were actually given a tray with our food!!! Only complaint was that it was very cold in the lobby. Felt like a/c was left on from day before, when it was 70.
My wife was one of the managers at this location she was the one who worked hard every day and kept it a float and then people in arbys started to harass her and not only did the gm do nothing but nither did the AD an AD that they decided to replace some one that had been there well over 26 years and would have removed the man with out hesitation the new AD was the worst decision they could make. They are losing good managers and crew and then blaming it on not able to find help ect when its the companys fault for the state their stores are in. Arbys you have put your self in the hole hope u can climb out
I went through the drive thru and a young voice says “thank you for choosing this arbys out of all the other places you could’ve gone tonight, how can I help you?” In a monotone voice. Great first impression. I ordered two items, when I got back to work to eat, only 1 was in there. I then called them and they said “we don’t serve that anymore” then hung up on me. They could have said that at the menu board. Last but not least one of my kids chicken tenders was half cooked. It looked disgusting. Very disappointed in the service and the food.
