The manager was amazing and so was the staff! I absolutely enjoyed my meal. My chicken tenders on my sandwich were hot the lettuce & tomatoes were fresh. French fries are crinkle cut (yummy). My husband had the roast beef and he said his sandwich was good also. I would definitely go to this location again. A + customer service/ food fresh

Great service, good value for money

Had a great experience this time.The food is hot and fresh.We had the brown sugar, bacon, Turkey and brown sugar, bacon Roast Beef.I must say it was so good and fresh that I ordered a second one.It's been a while since I've been to arby's, but I will be back soon.That brown sugar bacon roast beef sandwich was everything.!!!! And actually the service was on point. They actually brought out the order to me. I placed an online order and then came in and sat down with playing some video games with my girlfriend. And they actually just walked out. And was like did you place an order and dropped the food to us directly? They will what they were using words like. Thank you, sir. And ma'am, and please come back and enjoy your night just simple things, but you don't hear It too often. This arby's has good management.. FYI the Montreal of sticks were fire.The cheese stretched up clear three feet across from when she bidded she was so happy!!

Messed up my order both times I've tried it. Not the actual food the order was missing items

I’ve been going here since 2023 when I started working as a medical billing & administrative nurse for the hospital in the patient care department near here. I only order delivery from here whenever I go stop by my job to print something because I work 4 12 hour shifts from home and this is close to the hospital. They were out of my Mac & cheese bites, but the workers were so nice and surprised me they gave me 2 extra things since they were out. They left a kind note too. My husband Officer Goodwin also likes this place since he comes by about 4 times a year and sometimes chats with the workers at night in the drive-thru. Wish I could say thank you so much to the workers there :)

When you're the only customer in there and they still managed to short your order cuz they're so busy talking to each other rather than dealing with the customers food properly. Person puts on gloves to take my payment which he never even touched because it was a credit card and I do it myself but yet there's no gloves on when they're handling the food. That's right there next to the counter. Completely puzzled. Update 3/6 They responded with a broken link and chose to not respond after that, I believe they allow this type of behavior of ripping off customers, if you short every few customers then you are increasing your profit at the expense of said customer.
