I open my sandwich and there was very little cheddar. I pointed out the picture of the beef and cheddar with cheese all around. After pointing this out she said I had to pay extra if I want more cheese to make my sandwich look like the one in the photo. It is best just to go somewhere else for lunch.
I am pleased with my experience here the customer service was amazing and the employees never fail to put a smile on my face very underrated
You know sometimes you show up and the person working there is informed and friendly and take care of you another times their lobby is closed for no reason and they make you wait behind other people before you pick up your rapidly cooling online order. I don't care if they're understaffed. Take whatever time to make my food properly. But when my food is sitting across the counter and your gesturing at me instead of just handing it to me, you are doing something woefully wrong.
Grossly understaffed. They make you wait super long to order at the front counter. Drive through is the only thing they care about, and that's still pretty slow. The dining room area always smells a little off. Arby's food is good, but this place is shockingly expensive. This is a review based on repeated visits, not a single experience.

Every time I come to this location they cannot ever seem to get my order right. No matter how I try to order a simple roast beef sandwich they cannot seem to get one into the bag.
Evertime I come thru sorry our system is down and the staff refuse to let me order even tho I'm paying with cash. Why do you need your system for a cash transaction. And the evening drive thru staff are always rude.
