Had door dash, I called restaurant and asked for extra Arby's sauce and got 3 packets for 4 sandwiches. This is the second time in a month this has happened

I rate these on my individual personal experience for that day of service the girl at the drive-thru window was very polite which in a lot of fast food restaurants you don't get nowadays

Roast beef sandwich was good and hot,curly fries were not the freshest.

Please stop cheating the time. They get you to the window and then get you to back up past the pole and come forward again.

They will get your order wrong and just say sorry... No accomodations or anything to make experience better.
